Transitional Living Program


Assists youth 16 - 22 without viable family resources, to work towards living independently in the community. Youth work with case managers who support and advocate for them during their participation in the program (for up to twenty one months). Youth are referred to the Transitional Living Program from community agencies, schools or other RHY (Homeless and Runaway Youth) programs or through self referral.
