Holly Nickerson, Vice Chair
Holly Nickerson joined Community Works because she believes it brings a high value to Jackson County and provides vital resources to those experiencing domestic and sexual violence. After having family members that experienced domestic violence, Holly has a strong passion to support individuals that do not have a voice.
Kevin Sanders, Immediate Past Chair
Kevin Sanders has been the Operations Manager at Corey Robbins Painting since 1986. Kevin enjoys hiking, snow-shoeing and spending time with his wife, Terry, and their three children, Emma, Brandon and Spencer. Kevin chooses to give his time to Community Works because he believes in the life-changing programs of Community Works.
Jeffrey Welder MD., Treasurer
Dr. Jeffrey Welder was drawn to serve on the Community Works board after witnessing the impact of domestic violence in the community as an employer and healthcare provider. Jeff says, “I am inspired by the dedication of the Community Works staff and the hope they provide to our clients.”
Cathy Fultineer, Secretary
Cathy Fultineer is honored to be a part of the Community Works Board of Directors and will focus on raising awareness and generating support for the good works and vital services the agency offers to victims of domestic abuse and sex trafficking.

Jacquelyn Bunick
Jacquelyn Bunick moved to the Rogue Valley in 2013 and has been an attorney with Jarvis, Dreyer, Glatte & Larsen, LLP since 2016. Doug Diehl
Doug Diehl grew up on a large cattle ranch in southwestern Montana. He became an avid backpacker and climber tackling the likes of Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Mt Rainier, the Na Pali Coast, Mt Haleakala, Mt Kilimanjaro, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Brent Hackwell
As the Chief Operating Office for Kogap Enterprises in Medford, Brent Hackwell is involved in many projects that provided valuable facilities for the members of our community.
Brent takes pride in knowing that his work will help improve the way people live, work, and play in Southern Oregon.
Leslie Rogers
Leslie Rogers is a operational leader for critical care services at Providence Hospital where she sees a number of domestic and sexual violence cases and feels passionately about raising awareness and understanding of resources to the community and to healthcare providers.
